LLM — Large Language Model
An AI model trained on vast amounts of text, capable of understanding and generating natural language.
LLM (Large Language Model) is the technology that enables Voice AI agents to conduct natural, complex conversations. Models like GPT-4, Gemini, and Claude understand context, answer complex questions, and generate human-sounding responses. In a voice agent, the LLM receives text from ASR/NLU, processes it, and decides what to respond. According to OpenAI, GPT-4 achieves human-expert-level performance on 88% of knowledge benchmarks (Source: OpenAI Technical Report, 2024).
